With this video tutorial, it is possible for us to reset the Climatronic of the Volkswagen Golf 4 independently and without any specific diagnostic equipment to use. To achieve the above, we will press the Econ and air recirculation buttons simultaneously, release them, and turn on the vehicle's instrument panel.

Once this is done, error codes will be displayed on the aforementioned Climatronic display, which, after confirming to be sporadic and therefore not related to anything serious, can be reset by pressing the red button on the front panel.
