Today we discover the instructions that will allow us to deactivate and activate the traction control of the Volkswagen Golf, in simple steps; however, it is recommended not to disable this system in order not to compromise driving safety. First, we get on board the car and start the instrument panel; then we press the "ESC OFF" button that we find behind the gear lever (at the bottom of the dashboard) to deactivate the control, as illustrated in the video.

To reactivate the traction control, simply press the button again, eliminating the warning light on the instrument panel.
