How do you replace the timing belt of the Volkswagen LT?

In order to replace the timing belt of the Volkswagen LT, you need to lift the vehicle so that you can completely remove the front right wheel and remove the inner lining of its wheel arch. Once the panel is removed, you will be able to locate the belt on the side of the engine block. The central nut that secures the tensioner roller must be loosened in order to reduce the tension and remove the belt. The new belt can now be repositioned, tensioned, and checked for proper functioning.
