In this tutorial, we will see how to disassemble the rear lights on a Volkswagen Golf, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, let's make sure that the key is not inserted, so we can work safely. Then, we open the trunk and move the carpet located at the back of the light in question. Next, we unscrew the indicated white plastic bolt, separate the light from the body by pulling it outward, and disconnect the power connector. At this point, all that is left to do is connect the replacement part and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
