How to replace the diesel filter of the Volkswagen Golf

Today we will explain how to replace the diesel filter on a Volkswagen Golf model 4. The diesel filter is located on the left side of the engine compartment, and to replace it, we need to open the front hood and remove the safety clip from the first fuel inlet line. We repeat the operation on the next line, unscrew the screw from the filter support, and remove the filter, placing it in a container for liquid recovery. We mount the filter inside the new box and, using a small flathead screwdriver, extract the joints to replace them with the new ones by hand. Once the box is secured in its housing by tightening the support screw with a star screwdriver, we connect the fuel lines. Using a small funnel, we fill the oil filter and connect the last hose. We start the vehicle's engine to activate the filter.
