How to replace the oil filter and engine oil of the VW Golf 6

When the oil warning light comes on in a Volkswagen Golf, it means that it is necessary to proceed with the replacement of the engine oil and the related filter. To replace the engine oil, we need to open the oil tank cap located inside the front hood and raise the oil level check dipstick. Immediately after, we lift the vehicle off the ground and place a container under the oil pan; we open the nut with a Torks T40 key and let the liquid flow out into the container. When the liquid has stopped flowing, we close the nut, lower the vehicle to the ground, and replace the filter. We finish the replacement by topping up the oil in the tank.
