Today's instructions will allow us to disassemble and replace the front bumper of the Volkswagen Tiguan. First, let's move to the front of the vehicle and start unscrewing all the fastening screws we find on the upper and lower parts of the bumper; then we unscrew the additional screws present on both sides of the front wheel arches, as shown in the video. At this point, we pry on the sides to detach and gently remove the bumper, replacing it with the new one; if necessary, we replace the screws and plastic clips, securely fastening the bumper to the bodywork!
