The following steps will show us how to disassemble and replace the motor and window lift mechanism of the Volkswagen New Beetle. First, let's open the car's hood and start disassembling and removing the door panel by unscrewing all the fastening screws and disconnecting the electrical connector of the window switch; once the panel is removed, it will be possible to unscrew the screws of the window lift mechanism, disconnect the glass, and also disconnect the electrical wiring of the motor, as shown in the video. At this point, we replace the motor and mechanism with the new ones, reassembling everything!
