Replacing Glow Plugs on the Volkswagen Golf 1.6 TDI

The steps outlined in this guide will show you how to remove and replace the glow plugs on the Volkswagen Golf 1.6 TDI. First, open the vehicle's bonnet and begin removing the upper plastic cover; then disconnect the connectors located on the top of the glow plugs, using a wrench to avoid damaging them and remove them, as shown in the video. At this point, install the new glow plugs, tightening them by hand and gently with a wrench; finally, reconnect the wiring and check the correct starting of the engine!
