Replacing Dipped Beam Bulb on Volkswagen Polo

Let's look at the steps to remove and replace the dipped beam bulb of the front headlight on the Volkswagen Polo. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and start unscrewing the screws securing the headlight unit, disconnecting the electrical connector of the bulbs to remove it; then remove the plastic protective cap for the lights by unhooking the metal clip to take out the bulb. At this point, install the new dipped beam bulb of the correct type and with the same fitting; reassemble the headlight unit, checking the operation of the lights.
