How do you replace the cabin filter on a Volkswagen Polo? Follow these steps: using a plastic lever, pry off the plastic covers located at the bottom of the dashboard (right side under the glove compartment). Get a screwdriver or a cordless drill: remove the securing screws of the filter housing cover. Extract the worn cabin filter, insert a new cabin filter ensuring it fits snugly around the walls of the housing, refit the cover of the filter housing and tighten the screws (cover everything with the cloth placed under the dashboard). Check the correct installation of the previously fitted parts.
