Manually resetting the service light on your third-generation Volkswagen Tiguan is very simple and takes just a few minutes to complete the procedure. To start, get in the car and insert the key, then press the Start&Stop button. Once done, press the right directional button on the steering wheel and position the menu cursor on the total distance travelled. Next, hold down the same directional button for about five seconds and select "Service". Finally, proceed to reset the service light.
