In this article, we will see the procedure to reset the maintenance light on a Volkswagen Polo 3. This procedure may be useful as the ECU might not detect the completed service. To reset the light, insert the key without turning it. Then, press the button located below the speedometer, keeping it pressed while starting the instrument cluster. Wait for the message to appear on the display --- at this point, release the button and restart the cluster to verify that the procedure has been completed correctly. It is recommended to perform this procedure only after the service has been carried out.
