You can replace the integrated indicators in the external wing mirrors of the Volkswagen Golf VII: start by electrically lowering the mirror and removing the outer cover; use a plastic tool to release the side clips. Undo the two Torx T10 screws that secure the cover. Pull the cover forward. To remove the indicator, undo the two Torx T10 screws (one is more challenging due to obstruction). Disconnect the electrical connector and extract the indicator. Fit the new dynamic indicator, which you can find on Amazon with code B0FJDWQXKC for £23.19, with free delivery. Reconnect the connector and refit the cover, ensuring the lower flap clips into the plastic. Refit the mirror. Repeat for the other side. Dynamic indicators enhance aesthetics and visibility.
