How to replace the LED indicators in the external mirrors of a Golf 7

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf VII, MK 7, Golf 7 - Years 2012-2019

In this video, we show you how to replace the LED indicators in the external mirrors of a Golf 7. First, remove the two mirrors from their housing and disconnect the wires from the connectors as shown in the video. Next, detach the upper cover by carefully sliding it out of its slots. Then, unscrew the screws located inside the mirror to remove the lower part of the cover. Be careful to disconnect the wires of the indicator lights connected to the connector. Now, remove the mask and the old LED and replace it with the new one as seen in the video. Reassemble everything by reversing the operation.
