How to Replace the Audio System Fuse in a Volkswagen Golf

To replace the audio system fuse in a Volkswagen Golf VII, turn off the vehicle and remove the key from the ignition. Open the driver's side door and locate the side panel of the dashboard.

Remove the small plastic cover to access the fuse box. Refer to the diagram on the cover or in the vehicle manual to locate the fuse for the audio system. Use the tweezers provided in the box to extract the faulty fuse.

Insert a new fuse with the same amperage into the same slot. Replace the cover of the fuse box and turn on the vehicle's ignition to check that the audio system is functioning correctly.
