Removing the Cabin Air Filter on Volkswagen Passat

How to replace the cabin pollen filter located in the engine bay of a Volkswagen Passat? Follow this guide to remove the filter from its dedicated housing. Lift the front bonnet; remove the trim located under the front windscreen, then, using a lever, pull off the filter cover (where the air filter is located). Use a screwdriver to remove the cap from the filter housing and extract the cabin filter. Insert a new filter, ensuring it fits snugly around the walls of the box. Finally, refit the cap of the filter box. Close the engine bonnet after maintenance.
