Removing the Window Regulator from a VW New Beetle

Model: Volkswagen New Beetle MK 2, 9C - Years 1999-2012

Remove the door panel from a Volkswagen New Beetle and take out the window regulator (driver's side). Follow these steps. Use a lever to remove the plastic cover from the handle; with a screwdriver, unscrew the screws located in the handle, then remove it from the trim near the lever (remove the securing screws). Unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel and detach the securing clips. Finally, grasp the panel with your hands and pry it off the door. Unscrew the securing screws of the window regulator and remove it from the door.
