Removing the Headlight Bulb on a VW Passat

Model: Volkswagen Passat B6, 3C - Years 2005-2010

Always replace damaged bulbs in your car, do not delay. If they are damaged, replace them. Open the access panel, pull the bonnet release lever; lift the bonnet and locate the headlight to work on. Disconnect the large plastic cap located at the back of the front headlight. Disconnect and remove the bulb holders from inside the headlight, take out the bulbs and replace them with new ones (same size and voltage). Refit the bulb holder in the headlight and secure it. Close the headlight with the cover cap. Turn on the lights using the control knob and check if they work. Replace all blown bulbs.
