Need to remove the door panel on a VW Polo? Let's go through the removal process. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws located in the area of the upper door handle. Remove the plastic cover above the handle and unscrew the screws underneath it. Unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel and detach the retaining clips. Finally, pull the panel away with your hands and disconnect it from the door (disconnect the power wiring and the release cable). Carry out the desired maintenance inside the door. Refit the door cover panel and all associated parts.
