Removing the Front Bumper of a Volkswagen Golf

To remove the front bumper, start by unscrewing the screws in the front wheel arch on both sides using a Torx spanner. Next, remove the front grille (where the manufacturer's logo is located); beneath it, there are five additional screws to unscrew. Also, take off the small lower grilles on the sides that cover two bolts. Now, pull the entire bumper outward, being careful of any cables. Some models have temperature sensors mounted on the bumper that must be disconnected if present.
