Removing Door Panel on Jetta

Model: Volkswagen Jetta MK 6, A6 - Years 2010-2018

Remove the door cover panel of a Volkswagen Jetta if you need to access the interior or if it is broken. Remove the plastic trim under the window (top panel), then remove the cover of the internal handle. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the screws located in the handle and throughout the panel (remove all screws). Unscrew the screws present in the door opening and those in the handle (after removing the plastic screw covers). Remove the window switch panel (disconnect the power connector). Take off the panel and detach it from the door (disconnect the power wiring and the opening cable). Replace the worn panel with a new identical one.
