Replace the Speaker in a Golf 7

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf VII, MK 7, Golf 7 - Years 2012-2019

Remove the speaker from the Volkswagen Golf 7. Start by taking off the protective panel above the door to access the speaker. Use a trim tool to remove the handle cover above the panel (screws inside), then unscrew the fastening screws located in the plastic handle and throughout the panel. Once all screws are removed, use the trim tool to detach all the plastic clips securing the door. Pull the door panel away with your hands, disconnect the power connectors and release cable. Unscrew the screws securing the speaker and remove it (disconnect the electrical connectors). Install the new speaker and refit the cover panel.
