In this video, see how to remove the boot lock on a fourth-generation Volkswagen Golf. First, open the boot lid and remove the plastic panel; to do this, unscrew the securing screws found on it, as illustrated in the video. Now, pry at the sides of the panel to remove it; next, disconnect the electrical connector on the left and unscrew the handle screw using a Torx screwdriver. Finally, extract the handle along with the boot lock from the outside.

How to change the time on a Toyota Yaris
