Replacing the Wing Mirror on Volkswagen Up

Replacing the external wing mirror on a Volkswagen Up is a very straightforward task. It is advisable to use a plastic wedge for the first operation, which is the removal of the old mirror. Use the wedge to pry at the back of the glass, a small section at a time, until it is completely removed. If you struggle with the wedge, adjust the mirror to make the task easier. Once removed, observe the rear clips of the glass and those of the housing: fit the new mirror simply by pushing it into these clips.
