How to Remove the Front Headlight of a Volkswagen Golf

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 5, Golf 5, Golf V - Years 2003-2008
Part: Headlight

Before starting, open the bonnet of your Volkswagen Golf. First, loosen and remove the screws securing the front grille, then unclip and remove the grille itself. Next, loosen and remove the upper bolts securing the headlamp. To access the third securing bolt, unclip and remove the lower air intake located on the bumper. Now, loosen and remove the final securing bolt. Once you complete this last step, extract the front headlight from its housing, then disconnect the relevant electrical connectors, and the removal will be finished.
