How to Remove the Cabin Fan from a Volkswagen Jetta

Before you can begin, open the front passenger door of your Volkswagen Jetta. Start by removing the lower cover of the glove compartment by simply unscrewing the securing screws. Next, unscrew and remove the screws that secure the cabin fan to its housing. Once done, disconnect the electrical connector, and you will have freed the fan itself. At this point, you can extract and remove the cabin fan, completing the disassembly.
