Instructions for Disassembling Boot Panel on Volkswagen Polo

Model: Volkswagen Polo Polo VI, Polo 6, MK 6, AW1, MK VI - Years 2017-2025

In this video tutorial, you will see instructions on how to remove the plastic panel covering the tailgate of a fourth-generation Volkswagen Polo. First, remove the visible Torx screws using a T20 key and the hidden ones found inside the grab handles. Now, start prying at the sides of the panel to disengage it, trying to remove the retaining clips at the back; once removed, you can access the boot lock mechanism. Reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
