Resetting the service light on a Volkswagen Touran

Model: Volkswagen Touran MK 1, 1T - Years 2003-2015

Turn the key to switch on the instrument cluster but do not start the engine. Use the arrow buttons on your right, on the steering wheel, to scroll through the various sections of the menu until you reach the settings page. Now scroll down to the service section, press "ok" to enter this section, and confirm that you want to reset. Done! As you can see, it’s very simple. Remember not to use this method to skip the service, but only after performing the regular service to avoid damage to the engine and the vehicle in general.
