To be able to remove the external handle of the Volkswagen Golf 8 you have to go and open the door in question, so that you can work more comfortably. On the side of the door there will be two small rubber plugs, placed to protect two holes. It will be necessary to remove the cap which is located further down and insert a screwdriver inside the hole: while you are pushing with the screwdriver, in order to disconnect the hook that fixes the handle, you will have to pull the latter. This operation will allow you to remove the handle and replace it with a new spare part.
