In this guide, learn how to remove and replace the external wing mirror on the Volkswagen New Beetle, following these simple steps. First, open the front door and start by removing the door panel; to do this, remove the grab handle cover and unscrew the fixing screws found underneath and at the sides of the panel, then pry it to unclip it. Once the panel is removed, disconnect the electric connector of the mirror; then unscrew the fixing nuts using a socket wrench. Finally, remove it from the outside!
