In this short guide, you will understand how the electronic key for the Volkswagen Passat B8 works, as well as for the second generation Tiguan, the T-Roc, and the Golf 7. To open the vehicle, simply press the lower button on the remote; if the battery is flat, you can extract the physical key from it and remove the handle cover to access the lock, as shown in the video. Get inside the vehicle and place the key on the dashboard; then press the ignition button to start the vehicle; you can also open the boot by pressing the central button on the remote!
