Repositioning the Engine in the Vehicle

After repositioning the engine block, proceed to secure it to the vehicle's chassis. The bolts anchoring the engine to the gearbox may need to be struck with a hammer to position them, due to limited space for carrying out the operations: in this regard, it is advisable to wrap tape around the part of the bolt immediately after the head to help absorb the impact on the bolt and the surface into which it is inserted, preventing any potential damage to the involved parts. Once the gearbox is secured, reconnect the fuel line and then the air intake hose. Now, reconnect the throttle cable to the carburettor. Reposition the covers and connect the spark plug leads. After refitting the cover on the carburettor and reconnecting the intake hoses to the duct, check both electrical and mechanical connections. After making an initial adjustment to the carburation, the vehicle can be started.
