Removing the Interior Light Unit of a Volkswagen Golf 5

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove the interior light unit of a fifth-generation Volkswagen Golf. First, get inside the car and use a thin plastic lever to remove the light unit by prying it from the sides, as shown in the video. At this point, you can access the bulb sockets; simply pull them out to replace them. If you want to remove the base of the light unit, press the two tabs on the sides and disconnect the electrical connector at the back. For reassembly, apply the reverse procedure!
