Today, learn how to replace the battery in the remote control of the Volkswagen Polo. This operation is necessary when you can no longer operate the car remotely. To resolve this, you only need a new button cell battery; you can check the model in the owner's manual or by removing the old battery, but it is usually a CR 2032, which can be purchased for a few pounds. Now, take the key and notice that there is a slot under the brand symbol. Press the key to release it and lever it open to access the battery cover. Use a knife or a small screwdriver to remove the battery. Fit the new one in the same way and reinsert the cover. Now you can test the remote control's functionality.
