Replacing the Gear Lever Gaiter on a Volkswagen Fox

In this video tutorial, you will briefly see how to remove and replace the gear lever gaiter on a Volkswagen Fox, as well as on other models from the Volkswagen group. First, get inside the car and remove the gear gaiter by prying at the sides with something sharp, like a flathead screwdriver; then release and remove the frame along with the gaiter, as shown in the video. Now you can also remove the gear knob by taking off the clip that secures it; simply fit the new knob and gaiter by inserting it from the top!
