If you are experiencing serious issues with the radio system in your Volkswagen Golf Mk7 and do not know how to resolve them, simply follow these steps. This is a very straightforward procedure that does not require any external electronic tools.

First, insert the key and turn on the ignition, then the radio itself. At this point, press the "Menu" button, scroll right, and click on the "Setup" icon.

Scroll down and click "Factory settings" and finally, "Media". Confirm the reset, and shortly after, the procedure will be successfully completed.
