In today's video, you will see the main steps to remove and replace the central locking mechanism on a Volkswagen Golf, as well as on a Jetta. First, open the front door of your car and start by removing the door panel. To do this, remove the window switch panel and unscrew the screws located on the panel, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the screws of the central locking module, disconnect the electrical connector to remove it, and replace it with the new one; then reassemble everything!
