Updating the software of your Volkswagen Passat's infotainment system is very important as it allows you to take advantage of the latest features and simultaneously eliminate any errors present in previous versions. If you don't know how to proceed, don't worry as you will find all the necessary information below. First, turn on the ignition and the display of the car radio. Then, press and hold the "Menu" button for about 2 seconds and select the "Versions/Software Download" option. Click on "Update" at the top right and select the "SD Card" option. At this point, insert the USB stick containing the latest version file. Wait for it to be read and finally, start the update.
