Applying slight pressure to the return points, start tightening the sleeve around the steering wheel. Pay attention to the loops along the sleeve to ensure they fit exactly into the designated spaces. Now, using a combination of pressure and adherence, begin sewing around the entire perimeter of the steering wheel cover as shown in the video.
