Replacement of Turbo Lubrication Pipe

Model: Volkswagen Passat B6, 3C - Years 2005-2010

At the centre of the turbo, between the compressor wheel and the turbo wheel, there is a metal pipe that draws oil from the filter container to ensure proper lubrication of the turbocharger assembly. Replacing this pipe is very simple and does not require special precautions, other than tightening the fixing nuts with a torque wrench. It is recommended to carry out this maintenance with the engine cold; once the old pipe is removed, align the new one and manually screw the fixing nuts at both ends until fully tightened, then complete the locking with the appropriate wrench.
