To completely remove the stock radio fitted in your Volkswagen Passat, simply follow the instructions outlined in this mini guide. Before you start, ensure you have a pair of thin, rigid objects to insert into the two slots of the radio. First, switch off the Volkswagen Passat completely and insert the pair of plastic tools (or similar objects) into the slots located at the sides of the radio. Then, gently pull towards you and finally disconnect the rear electrical connector.
