Operation: How do you remove the exterior handle of the Volkswagen Touran?

In order to remove the exterior handle of the Volkswagen Touran, the door must be opened and the rubber pad located at the end of the door, near the exterior handle, must be removed. By removing the rubber pad, it will be possible to unscrew the screw below, which will allow the final part of the handle to be removed. Once this has been removed, it will be possible to grasp the real handle, so that it too can be removed, disengaging the mechanism. Once the old handle has been removed, it will be possible to install a new one, with its final part that must be fixed with the appropriate screw.

First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
