Get into the vehicle and press the button on the instrument panel on the right; hold this button down while simultaneously turning the key to the first position to turn on the instrument panel. Release the button and then press the button on the left, also below the dial.

The operation will be complete; to verify success, simply turn off and turn on the instrument panel.
