Replacement of Door Panel Bulb

The bulb located under the lower edge of the door panel is also known as the courtesy light and serves to illuminate the area for entering and exiting the vehicle, making this operation safer. Until recently, these additional lights were even an optional feature known as the "light package," which included a series of extra bulbs both outside and inside the cabin. To replace this bulb, simply disengage the bulb holder by prying it sideways with a screwdriver, then disconnect the power connector and the cover lens where the bulb is housed; extract the old bulb and insert the new one, reassemble the bulb holder by connecting it to the socket, ensure the bulb lights up, and reattach everything to the panel.
