How to Reset the Service Indicator on a Volkswagen Touran

Model: Volkswagen Touran MK 1, 1T - Years 2003-2015

To reset the service indicator on a Volkswagen Touran, first press the od/set button located to the right of the dashboard. Turn on the ignition while holding the button. Once the ignition is on, release the od/set button and press the button located on the left of the dashboard for five seconds, then release the button. Now, simply turn off and turn on the ignition to check that the reset has been successful. If the reset is successful, the vehicle will no longer display any errors. These steps apply to all Volkswagens that do not have buttons on the steering wheel.
