As shown in this tutorial, removing the front outer handle on a Volkswagen Bora is an extremely simple and quick operation. First, open the relevant door, then remove the small cap located on the inner edge and, using a Torx T20 screwdriver, unscrew the bolt accessible through the hole. Once done, pull the lock cylinder outwards, push the indicated lock using a flat-head screwdriver, and detach the handle by pulling it towards you. To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
