Where are the fuses in the Volkswagen Passat?

This video shows where the fuses are located in the Volkswagen Passat, which should be checked if one or more devices show signs of malfunction. As shown, the first main fuse box is located in the engine bay, protected by a black cover next to the battery. The second and final box is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the left side of the dashboard, which can be removed using a flathead screwdriver. If a fuse is blown, ensure you always replace it with a spare of the same amperage.
