How to Replace the Cup Holder in a Volkswagen Golf?

As seen in this tutorial, replacing the cup holder in a Volkswagen Golf MK4 is an extremely simple and quick operation. To do this, you will only need a small flathead screwdriver or an equivalent tool. First, lift the cup holder flap, then locate the metal clips on either side. Unlock the first clip by pressing it inwards and disengage the holder. Repeat the operation for the opposite side, grasp the cup holder, and pull it out of the centre console. To fit the replacement, simply insert it fully into the housing.
