In today's tutorial, follow the main instructions to disable the immobiliser of the Volkswagen Passat. First, get inside the vehicle and remove the cover of the ignition barrel.

Next, insert the key and turn on the instrument panel; you will see that the immobiliser is activated. Then, remove the immobiliser chip from the old key and bring it close to the new key, which should already be inserted into the barrel; you will see that your vehicle will start, as it will recognise the chip from the original key!
